Becoming a Repeater Volunteer

The repeater volunteer process is 5 steps via Discord or Telegram. Join the RegionMesh Discord at meshcore.gg and follow the #volunteer-repeater channel for current instructions.

Priority Coverage Gaps

RegionMesh actively seeks volunteers to fill these coverage gaps:

  • Rocky Mountain communities
  • Pacific Northwest rural areas
  • Appalachian valleys
  • Gulf Coast and Atlantic coastal regions

If you are in or near these areas, your repeater has an outsized impact on the national network.

Geographic Scoping

RegionMesh uses ISO 3166-2 region codes for message scoping. See Regional Scoping with ISO Codes (MeshCore) in the Advanced Configuration chapter for CLI setup instructions.
